Learn how to turn the summer’s tomato bounty into a delicious pantry staple for your cold-weather cooking. Home-canned tomatoes make a perfect base for soups, stews and casseroles (and don’t forget their vital role in the Sunday brunch staple, the Bloody Mary cocktail).
The tomato workshop costs $60 per person, and each workshop participant will get to take home 10 – 12 quart jars of tomatoes.
